Prior to assuming her current place, Ms. Muasa served as Director of Budgeting and Reporting. Dr. Ramatlapeng was born in Lesotho, studied medicine at Kharkov Medical School in Ukraine, and later obtained a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. After completing her training she returned to Lesotho and labored in numerous roles across the public and private sectors. From 2005 to 2006, Dr. Ramatlapeng served as Country Director for the Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative in Lesotho, bringing her extensive experience in pharmaceutical supply and administration.
